Called to terminate service in Melbourne Beach,FL. Asked by rep if I would meet him 2 hour drive away or prefer to mail & be re-imbursed for postage. Called again & told another rep not really comfortable with either. Now told it’s a $300 unit & we would b billed for it if we didn’t return it! No problem to come & install to get your business but forget about any service when terminating!
Unprofessional! Just received impossible to understand voicemail because rep spoke too fast and unclearly. Had to listen to it 4+ times and still didn’t know who was leaving the message. I almost deleted it thinking it was a spam call. Was also advised that they were somewhat unprofessional (not clear and concise with their words) with someone else they called about the incident. They had to ask where she was, after chasing around because VRI didn’t readily offer that information. Something triggered the pendant, but Mom couldn’t hear the pendant so didn’t respond. Had Philips Lifeline and when they called, they were good explaining everything. Huge difference! After two months, I’m thinking of switching back.
