• Shipping: All orders ship via FedEx. Standard 8-12 business days shipping is free. Expedited 2 business days shipping is $18.50. Overnight shipping is priced at $35.00 for the next day delivery.

• Cancelation: No cancelation fee
• Repairs: There is no repairs fee involved. The only exception is if the system has been damaged due to non authorized disassembly or negligence. In that case a fee of up to $350 may be charged.
• Guarantee: If the system is returned and subscription canceled within 10 days from the point of sale, a full refund will be issued minus the $50 restocking fee. If the equipment is returned within 90 days of shipment, Medical Guardian keeps the 3 month minimum charges and refunds charges for any remaining period that has been pre-paid for.
